This is not a workshop.

Join a group of like-minded women reclaiming their strength and love. Group coaching offers three months of transformative support to help you bring lessons from your spiritual journey into the messiness and imperfection of everyday life.

Applicants must have completed the workshop Breaking Up with Your Inner Critic prior to joining a group coaching cohort.

Becoming free from the ego becomes less arduous— even lighthearted—with the unwavering support from this unique group experience.

  • Customized design for each cohort

Before the first session, each participant has an intake call and an Enneagram Assessment. Then, I customize and design the three-month experience based on the specific needs of your cohort.

  • Practical application to your daily life

Exploring spirituality on its own is not enough. We get into the nitty gritty of life such as leadership, relationships, parenthood, aging parents, body image, etc. This is all about applying the learning to transform your life.

  • Building relationships for a lifetime

Build deep relationships through this compassionate, judgement and idealism free setting. Each cohort will have a private messaging space to deepen relationships between sessions. All subsequent cohorts will be designed to support both new and returning participants.

About the Enneagram & why it’s included

The Enneagram is a powerful and dynamic personality system that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting.

Each of the nine patterns is based on an explicit perceptual filter from which we direct our energy and attention. These patterns were developed to help us survive.

Other personality typing tools such as MBTI and DISC describe what we do (our behaviours and preferences based on our mental functioning). The Enneagram, in contrast, looks at our unconscious motivations of why we do what we do.

More deeply, the Enneagram describes the egoic patterns we adopted to survive. These patterns are a replica of something essential that was lost to us. This awareness assists us to dis-identify from these old self-concepts and reconnect to our whole, original self.

FAQ

  • I believe that those who identify as women go through unique challenges in our upbringing and the way we are conditioned by our culture. I wanted to create a safe space for women to explore sensitive topics and share common experiences.

  • The groups are small and intimate. Each session is customized to the needs of the group. Due to the small number, you have the opportunity to receive coaching in group sessions as well as support through the private messaging group.

  • If you are early on in your journey of self awareness, this program is not for you. It is designed for individuals who have undergone some therapy and, in particular, have worked through known major traumatic events in their life. This work requires maturity to witness and hold yourself as you inquire into your experience.

  • No. We will be dis-identifying from our egoic patterns and connect with our deeper truth or spiritual self. While we will use some psychological frameworks to understand our historical patterns, we then use inquiry, through the body, to experience breakthroughs in understanding and go beyond the mind.

  • Yes, every participant will complete a confidentiality agreement.

  • You are expected to attend each session unless there are extenuating circumstances. In the rare and unexpected event that you must miss a session, a recording of the session will be provided so that you can continue learning and practicing with the group throughout the month.

  • Yes. It’s important to me that this is accessible to anyone who feels called to this work. Please reach out to me to request a scholarship.

  • While online experiences offer many benefits, the power of gathering face-to-face is undeniable. Currently this experience is limited to online, however I envision future retreats to provide an immersive, in-person experience. If you have a group of women interested in a retreat, please reach out, and we can explore possibilities together.
