My vision is to create a global community of women who embody their spiritual essence - transforming their lives through Essential Strength and Love.
My approach
-
This is soul work.
My work holds you compassionately, inquiring into your immediate experience. Anything that arises is a doorway into uncovering your limited self-images and/or into your true nature. I help you inquire into and embrace all your experiences in the moment with equanimity and a beginner’s mind.
-
This is ego work.
I understand how the ego develops and how our early childhood holding environment contributes to losing connection with our spiritual nature and creates a false sense of self. While that understanding assists you, it isn’t enough to become free of the impact of your ego.
-
This is body work.
The body never lies. I guide you to explore your present experience with courage and curiosity. False self-images are held as contractions in the body, and intellectual understanding alone can’t free you. By feeling into the body, we uncover how the ego uses it to store unprocessed emotions.
-
This is spirit work.
Your true self is here waiting for your discovery. As we move through outdated self-images, we open the door for the spiritual to intervene. These transcendent, body-felt experiences are revelatory and not manufactured by the mind. With each experience, we discover and reclaim more and more of our true self.

Essential Strength
& Essential Love
Essential Strength and Essential Love are divine qualities* inherent to our spiritual selves. Our early holding environment causes us to lose touch with them. In response, we develop our ego to compensate. Reclaiming them is critical to live authentically as our true selves in the world.
*The concepts of Essential Strength and Love are adapted from A.H. Almaas’ work as taught by Michael Torresan.
Essential Strength
Essential Strength is the source of our vitality, courage, healthy assertion, fire/spirit, autonomy and sense of implicit capacity (I can!). It is the quality that allows us to move spontaneously in the world and take appropriate action.
With Essential Strength we:
Have the courage to be our authentic selves.
Discriminate and see reality objectively.
Have the capacity to create healthy boundaries.
Silence our inner critic and defend our dignity from others’ attacks.
Have a calm and collected feeling of bodily wellbeing.
Feel a sense of expansion and radiating presence.
Essential Love
For Essential Love to express itself fully, it needs the uninhibited opening of the heart. Essential Love has a pure, unconditional quality. When we experience it, it dissolves any boundary between us and another. Essential Love manifests as powerful passion for any aspect in our lives.
With Essential Love we:
Experience intimacy between ourselves and the world.
See the truth of what is in front of us, rather than our projection, and appreciate it fully.
Freely express that love and appreciation to others.
Express passion with strength, power, energy, certainty and unreserved desire.
Why women?
I believe women and those who identify as women face unique challenges due to cultural conditioning.
We’re often socialized to be self-sacrificing and understanding, while suppressing boundaries, our needs and anger. When we express ourselves, we’re met with criticism, both internal and external.
I focus on fostering strength and love in women because society often encourages love over strength, but both are necessary for our authentic selves. One cannot exist without the other.
But this can be a challenging journey.
I’ve been fortunate to find a community of women who mirror my true self, help me navigate challenges, expose my unconscious and reinforce what is real in me. However, many women feel isolated, as their journeys aren’t understood by friends or family. My goal is to create supportive communities where women can gather, learn, and transform, contributing together to amplify our collective strength and love.
As a mother of two daughters, this work feels vital to all our futures.
What I believe
I believe we are spiritual beings inhabiting human bodies, and our true potential is to embody and express our divine nature through our human form.
When we do, we radiate peace, compassion, joy, strength, love, and discernment and more! This true self allows us to embrace our human condition with lightness, grace and joy. This path is the greatest adventure I’ve been on and I know first hand the impact can have on one’s life. I’ve also seen how the journey is messy and nuanced. Being part of a supportive community is essential to this transformation.
