This is not a workshop.

Coaching Circles offer three months of transformative support and community through all the messiness and imperfection of reclaiming your strength and love, within a lively, compassionate culture, free of judgement and idealism.

Wrestling with the ego becomes less arduous— even lighthearted—with the unwavering support of community.

  • A Unique Design for Each Cohort

Before the first session, each participant has an intake call and an Enneagram Assessment. Then, I customize and facilitate each coaching session based on the specific needs of those women.

  • Going Deeper Than Ever Before

Each cohort goes below the surface with live psycho-spiritual teachings, guidance for going deeper with self-inquiry, meditations, somatics, and more; and support carrying the gains into everyday life.

  • Building Relationships for a Lifetime

Each cohort will have a private messaging space to deepen relationships between sessions. All subsequent cohorts will be designed to support both new and returning participants.

About the Essential Strength that Will Rise Within You

Essential Strength is the source of our vitality, courage, healthy assertion, fire/spirit, autonomy and sense of implicit capacity (I can!).

It is the quality that allows us to move spontaneously in the world and take appropriate action. It gives us the courage to live an authentic life and be true to ourselves. It gives us the capacity to create healthy boundaries in our relationships. It silences our inner critic and defends our dignity and humanity from others’ attacks. It provides the courage to risk everything in order to find our true selves.

We call it essential because it is a capacity that we were born with as part of our true nature. Due to our childhood holding environment as well as our conditioning as girls, this quality becomes repressed. We then develop identities where we can vascilate between feeling powerless, victimized, codependent and weak to needing to be independent, strong, make things happen and angry.

This work is about reclaiming our Essential Strength. When we do that, we can live in this chaotic world with a feeling of aliveness, capacity and courage. It is only through essential strength that we can open our hearts to truly love.

The term Essential Strength originates from the work of A.H. Almaas (as taught through Michael Torresan).

About the Enneagram & Why It’s Included

The Enneagram is a powerful and dynamic personality system that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting.

Each of the nine patterns is based on an explicit perceptual filter from which we direct our energy and attention. These patterns were developed to help us survive.

Other personality typing tools such as MBTI and DISC describe what we do (our behaviours and preferences based on our mental functioning). The Enneagram, in contrast, looks at our unconscious motivations of why we do what we do.

More deeply, the Enneagram describes the egoic patterns we adopted to survive. These patterns are a replica of something essential that was lost to us. This awareness assists us to dis-identify from these old self-concepts and reconnect to our whole, original self.

FAQ

  • I believe that those who identify as women go through unique challenges in our upbringing and the way we are conditioned by our culture. I wanted to create a safe space for women to explore sensitive topics and share common experiences.

  • The groups are small and intimate. Each session is customized to the needs of the group. Due to the small number, you have the opportunity to receive coaching in group sessions as well as support through the private messaging group.

  • You are expected to attend each session unless there are extenuating circumstances. In the rare and unexpected event that you must miss a session, a recording of the session will be provided so that you can continue learning and practicing with the group throughout the month.

  • These teachings will explore how our psychological identity (who we take ourselves to be) is a result of our holding environment and a disconnection from inner spiritual resources, including essential qualities such as strength, compassion, will, love and power. This is spiritual work in the broadest sense of the word, and can be combined with any faith practice or none.

  • No. We will be dis-identifying from our egoic patterns and connect with our deeper truth or spiritual self. While we will use some psychological frameworks to understand our historical patterns, we then use inquiry, through the body, to experience breakthroughs in understanding and go beyond the mind.

  • Yes, every participant will complete a confidentiality agreement.

  • Yes. It’s important to me that this is accessible to anyone who feels called to this work. Please reach out to me to request a scholarship.

  • While online experiences offer many benefits, the power of gathering face-to-face is undeniable. While this experience is limited to online connection, I envision future retreats to provide an immersive, in-person experience. If you have a group of women interested in a retreat, please reach out, and we can explore possibilities together.

  • Level of maturity is more important than age. If you are early on in your journey of self awareness, this program is not for you. It is designed for individuals who have undergone some therapy and, in particular, have worked through known major traumatic events in their life. This work requires maturity to witness and hold yourself as you inquire into your experience.
